SPHERE ENSEMBLE LAUNCHES 15TH ANNIVERSARY SEASON WITH “FOREVER YOUNG”

The 14-member Denver string ensemble pairs youthful classical masterworks with Lady Gaga and Otis Redding, and brings live string music to Sage Ridge Supportive Residential Community through its community outreach program.

Sphere Ensemble, Denver’s 14-member professional string ensemble launches its 2026–2027 15th anniversary season with “Forever Young,” a program connecting youthful masterworks by Mozart, Josef Suk, Schubert, Mendelssohn and Brahms with Sphere’s custom arrangements of Lady Gaga and Otis Redding. The season also continues Sphere’s commitment to bringing live music beyond the traditional concert hall through its Orbit: Sphere in the Community outreach program, including an upcoming performance at Sage Ridge Supportive Residential Community, part of the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless.

MUSIC BEYOND THE CONCERT HALL

Through Orbit: Sphere in the Community, Sphere Ensemble brings professional live string music directly to Colorado communities, schools, healthcare facilities, supportive housing communities, youth organizations and other settings.

Sphere believes access to live music shouldn't depend on whether someone can get to a concert hall. Its community performances create opportunities for connection, reflection and shared experience through music.

Upcoming outreach includes a performance at Sage Ridge Supportive Residential Community, part of the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless, which provides supportive residential services for people experiencing homelessness who are seeking addiction-recovery support.
